Paul Nick
President and CEO
Paul joined GRx in 2010 as the company controller, but in 2014 was tapped to become the new president and CEO. As President, he resolved to lead a company that was purpose-driven, resilient and completely transparent to its customers, employees and business partners. This allowed GRx to earn its position as a leader in the reverse distribution industry.
Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of New York. He began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP, specializing in the energy and healthcare industries. Paul spent over 20 years with a major energy and utility company, where he was responsible for all general accounting functions, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and financial reporting for regulatory agencies. In this role, he was part of the negotiating team between LILCO, LIPA and Brooklyn Union Gas Company, culminating in the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) that is in place today.
Toni Ann Meadows
Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO)
Toni Ann Meadows, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO), has played a major role as a key member of the GRx Senior Management team for over 25 years. Her industry knowledge, company history, and hands on experience, enabled her to lead… the GRx team in establishing the protocol for a company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in use today. Toni Ann ensures requirements for licensing are not only met but exceeded. She is also responsible for company compliance for all state and federal regulatory agencies. Rising through the ranks from Customer Service team member to her most recent promotion to work side by side with the CEO, she has been a part of many progressive changes across the organization including the implementation of its CRM system and training, designing and installing the certification system for each service associate. < Read more >
Robyn Barber
Controller
Robyn has been a part of the GRx family for over a decade. Since joining the company, Robyn has held several positions and was most recently promoted to Controller. The scope of Robyn’s position is much larger than that of the… average assistant controller. Responsible for cash and risk management, Robyn has created a solid organizational structure that is responsible for achieving the company’s financial goals and objectives. Theresa Von Fricken
Director, Client Services
Theresa serves as the Director of Client services, leading field personnel hiring, training and development. She is responsible for the success of over 40 field service representatives. Theresa drives compliance and ensures that company policies and procedures… are being followed by all our representatives in the field. Her detail-oriented nature combined with her self-motivation is instrumental in supporting the company’s continuous growth and development. < Read more >
