The GRx National Service Team Continues To Grow

GRx is very excited to introduce Shanise Williams as the new Regional Account Executive for Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina. Shanise has extensive experience in customer service and an in-depth knowledge of the industry. Her history of supervising and managing customer service teams, provides her with the skills needed to be a great asset to our team.  

Born on Homestead Air Reserve Base located in Southern Florida, Shanise graduated from Florida A&M University where she received an Applied Master’s in Public Administration. Growing up she spent a great deal of her holidays and vacations in Fort Lauderdale, FL where most of her family resides. Shanise has an outstanding work ethic and is professional and personable.

Shanise strives to make kindness a priority in the workplace to create a culture where people feel a sense of belonging, and wellbeing. Her expertise in customer service and managing people create the perfect combination to help focus on our customers’ needs and experience.
