  • Compliance with all government regulatory agencies including DEA, DOT, EPA, FDA, OSHA, PDMA, RCRA & all state boards of pharmacy, where required
  • Adherence to Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 Type II requirements
  • Participation & compliance with trade related associations (e.g., HDA, VAWD)
  • Commitment to continuous improvement programs throughout the organization
  • Usage of a Quality Management System with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which are established and maintained by the Quality Control department
  • Providing resources and training necessary for all employees to contribute to the fulfillment of the Guaranteed Returns® Quality Assurance Policy
  • On-going customer satisfaction surveys & feedback loops
