One of the most important factors for anyone choosing a reverse distributor is that the reverse distributor is fully licensed and compliant with government agencies such as the DEA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, PDMA and RCRA and all state boards of pharmacy, where required.

At Guaranteed Returns®, we go above and beyond to ensure that we are fully compliant with all state, federal and local regulations.  To this end, we:

  • Have an EPA registration number and are considered to be a large quantity generator
  • Designate hazardous waste storage areas which are caged and secure, eliminating the risks associated with handling hazardous material
  • Process scheduled pharmaceuticals (CII-CV) under all current DEA mandated regulations
  • Equip our DEA licensed processing facility with 24-hour surveillance and motion detected “Scheduled Drug Vault,” setting the industry standard in the handling, storage and destruction of controlled substances
  • We don’t leave anything to chance when it comes to your pharmaceutical returns and you shouldn’t either. Take extensive measures to ensure that all federal, state and local regulations are met by employing full time compliance officers, regulatory consultants and extensively trained employees
