Paul Nick

President and CEO


Paul joined GRx in 2010 as the company controller, but in 2014 was tapped to become the new president and CEO. As President, he resolved to lead a company that was purpose-driven, resilient and completely transparent to its customers, employees and business partners. This allowed GRx to earn its position as a leader in the reverse distribution industry.

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of New York. He began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP, specializing in the energy and healthcare industries. Paul spent over 20 years with a major energy and utility company, where he was responsible for all general accounting functions, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and financial reporting for regulatory agencies. In this role, he was part of the negotiating team between LILCO, LIPA and Brooklyn Union Gas Company, culminating in the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) that is in place today.

Toni Ann Meadows

Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO)


Toni Ann Meadows, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO), has played a major role as a key member of the GRx Senior Management team for over 25 years. Her industry knowledge, company history, and hands on experience, enabled her to lead... the GRx team in establishing the protocol for a company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in use today. Toni Ann ensures requirements for licensing are not only met but exceeded. She is also responsible for company compliance for all state and federal regulatory agencies. Rising through the ranks from Customer Service team member to her most recent promotion to work side by side with the CEO, she has been a part of many progressive changes across the organization including the implementation of its CRM system and training, designing and installing the certification system for each service associate. < Read more >

Richard Campbell

Vice President of Business Development


During his time with GRx, Richard has held the positions of Regional Manager, Regional Sales Director, Regional VP of Sales and his current role as Vice President of Business Development. His primary mission is to build and maintain long term strategic... business partnerships across various healthcare corporate divisions. Many of these include Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Group Purchasing Organization’s (GPOs), Regional Purchasing Coalitions (RPCs), long term care, mail order, specialty and retail pharmacy chains. Charles Gurriera

Corporate Controller


With over 20 years of experience, Charles heads the accounting team at GRx. The scope of Charles’ position is much larger than that of the average corporate controller. Robert Schaltenbrand

Vice President, National Accounts & Trade Relations


Robert joined GRx in 2005 as Director of Strategic Development. He was promoted to Vice President of Industry Trade Relations & National Accounts in 2011. Prior to joining Guaranteed Returns, Robert spent 19 years in the wholesale pharmaceutical... industry. Robert leads GRx relationships with Manufacturers, Wholesalers, GPOs, Long-Term Care (LTC) providers and strategic partnerships. Kathy Schultz

Vice President, Strategic Accounts


With a decade of experience in the reverse distribution industry, Kathy has held the positions of Regional Manager, Regional Director, VP of Service and most recently VP of Strategic Accounts. Her industry knowledge and significant hands on... experience at the servicing level has enabled Kathy to help lead the continuous development of GRx Client Service Managers and support our overall company growth. In her current role her primary objective is to facilitate Business Reviews for high revenue strategic accounts through evidence-based data analytics and provide proven strategies to ensure continued process improvement. She serves as a mentor to clients and GRx representatives by performing in-depth industry research, business reviews and data analysis. Kathy’s experience allows her to identify opportunities to drive additional revenue to her clients’ bottom line and to develop long term partnerships with key decision makers at the corporate, pharmacy and supply chain level. < Read more >

Steve Festa

Director of Infrastructure


Steve heads the Infrastructure team which is responsible for all server and desktop support, network infrastructure and security as well as all end user support.
